After doing a little searching, and constantly being on the lookout for ways to make my house better, faster, more efficient, and doing the least damage to my pocket book I am probably going to make an appearance at the Home Improvement & Design Expo at the Minneapolis Convention Center either today or tomorrow. It costs $6 per adult unless you bring an item for the food shelf than you get in free.

I think it’s important to go to things that show either new ways or expose homeowners or future homeowners to the various currently available options for doing things like blowing foam into existing empty wall cavities or installing a new heated tile floor. The Wife even likes to come along to see the “design” portion which usually involves breakfast nooks and yard/garden things.

If you are bored or would like to enrich yourself with knowledge of new technologies or meet some contractors on more friendly ground, I suggest you head over to the expo.
