There are a ton of trilogies as far as movies are concerned. Some of my favorite are Star Wars, Rocky, Lord Of the Rings, The God Father, and many many more. I don’t know what it is about the number 3 and movies, but did you notice that I liked the Star Wars Trilogy? The original 3 are much better as individual movies and together than any of those other films they try to water down the story with.Star Wars isn’t the only one either, Rocky, Indiana Jones, even Die Hard are among the many.

Is it peer greed that is destroying these collections of movies? Or is it that the fan base from 10-15 years prior still demand that another movie is turned out even though a many of the actors have aged the time less than gracefully. Do you know any movies that seem to get better with the addition of another film? Maybe you can find one, but I doubt it.
