With a lot of driving under my belt in the last week, I noticed that there have been a lot of convertibles driving around with their tops up. I usually notice this also during the winter months when people chose to purchase a very specific “sunshine… not too hot, but not to cold” car.
Hopefully, many of these people either received these cars as gifts or bought them used from a state that could put them to use like California. Knowing that these types of cars don’t usually heat or cool well, you would assume many of the owners would appreciate fresh air and whatever mother nature whips up rather than keeping the car sealed unless you are on a designated leisure drive.
In between the security issues, safety issues, and the practically/usefulness in Minnesota or most other states I can’t see myself owning one or even holding back from making fun of someone that would willingly chose to own one. Can you possibly receive enough enjoyment from a few days in the spring and fall to be comfortable with buying one?
