Photobombed.

While sitting behind my desk at work making magic happen I received an email midday introducing me to the world of “photobombing“. There are numerous grades of photo bombing stretching from the perpetrators accidentally being in a photo (pictured) to intentionally wrecking photos with props. If you haven’t figured it out yet, a photo bomb is when an unintended person/living thing gets in a picture that it shouldn’t. I would definitely say that instances of this occurring in nature intentionally/unintentionally are on the rise and there are numerous websites documenting these endeavors.

If you notice you are going to be an unwanted addition to a photo which do you do:

1.) Make yourself as small as possible and look away from the camera.

2.) Try to ruin someones picture with a funny face or obscene gesture that you will probably never see and may not be noticed for weeks.

Whether you are doing to other people or not, there is no doubt that someone will be jumping into your photos in a future to send a clear message that there is things going on behind the subject of your photos.
