If you don’t have good eyes, you probably won’t see the awesomeness presented by this sign just a crossed the river from downtown St. Paul. The sign is at Robert St. and Cesar Chavez St and the sign is directing traffic in what seems to be a very dangerous manner. It has a dedicated left turn lane. A dedicated through lane. (And my favorite) Either merge into the through lane or take a right.
