Not FDA Approved.

imageI was at one of the local “pharmacy and more” stores, when I came across one of the most disturbing things that I have seen first hand in a while. They had a full shelf of fairly expensive Non-FDA approved “treatments” to take for various types of ailments that you may have or be trying to prevent.

I used to think this wasn’t such a big deal that there was a certain amount of people on the fringe that believe more so in traditional medicines than anything doctor approved. With seeing this shelf I realize that we either have a lot more people that you can sell nearly anything and make a million bucks, or we have a lot more people that are willing to believe anything labeling on a package will tell them.

Is it a concern to you at all that more people are paying a significant amount of money to be using “medicines” that have no proof of any functionality? Should companies be able to sell supplements and other items as cures or remedies that have not been tested for any dangers or side effects? I’d like to hear what you have to say about this ever expanding industry.
