I keep finding this mysterious little metal box around my house that constantly gets moved and hidden to only be found again weeks later. I have no idea what its purpose is and after scouring the internet for some sort of clue I haven’t been able to find any information about it.
It has two little doors that fold up from the middle, and once they are open they expose what appears to be a solid piece of metal. On each of the doors it has a picture of Atlas holding the word on his shoulders with the apparent brand of Atlas written in the middle.
Do you know what this little box is and what its function or purpose is? If you have any information or even a good guess I would like to hear about it.
It looks like a check endorsing stamp. You should be able to pull up and seperate the winged top (stamp) from the bottom base (ink).
Greg you are correct! It was a notary public stamp expiring in 1990 from a person, I doubt I have ever met. Now I will figure out who this is from The Wife.
How do you open that up?
Heated it up and then pried it open.
